In our ongoing effort to help you save time and get up and running on QuickBooks quickly, we have made some changes to the QuickBooks registration process based on your feedback and input.
You told us that you would rather have a choice – complete registration on the phone or by web. Well, we’ve listened and I’m happy to let you know now that you now have that choice. Starting with QuickBooks 2010, it’s completely up to you to decide which method is best for you.
We are also piloting a new program to help you get started on QuickBooks. If you decide to register by phone, you will be able to talk to one of our Intuit QuickBooks experts for up to 60 minutes for additional guidance. If you choose web registration, just give us a call within 30 days of completing your registration and you will get the same 60 minutes to ask questions. You can find additional details about this program here.
And, if you need additional help beyond that, we can help you find a local expert near you, or recommend the right QuickBooks Care Protection plan for you, if that is what you want. Thanks to all of you who took time to provide the feedback – it’s your voice that helps us continue to make QuickBooks even better year after year.Alex Hood is the Group Product Manager for QuickBooks for Windows.
